It doesn’t seems difficult to officially host a complete TV Channel off of the internet.

Finally, we have WOWTV here attempting this bold move, broadcasting on both Rogers network and the internet. Quite frankly, I am looking forward to suspending my Rogers network subscription if WOWTV turns out to be a great alternative.
