			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>As a software Developer, I&#8217;ve been wondering why on earth people have not attempted this yet. It doesn&#8217;t seems difficult to officially host a complete TV Channel off of the internet.</p>
<p>Finally, we have WOWTV here attempting this bold move, broadcasting on both Rogers network and the internet. Quite frankly, I am looking forward to suspending my Rogers network subscription if WOWTV turns out to be a great alternative.</p>
